APPROVE AMENDMENT D TO CONTRACT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND RELIABLE ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), of Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed contract amendment #R01-0008-19-D between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises for the period of January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, additional funding of $57,300 for case management and landlord outreach services to homeless and at-risk persons in Lewis County increases the total amount to $221,118; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is effective January 1, 2019, extending through June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment #R01-0008-19-D between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises for $57,300 from January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
