APPROVE A GRANT AMENDMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE BROADBAND OFFICE
WHEREAS, Resolution 22-313 approved a grant agreement with the Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) awarding Lewis County $23.5 million for the installation of fiber optic broadband infrastructure to every parcel within Winlock and the surrounding rural areas; and
WHEREAS, WSBO has amended Contract No. 22-96810-005 to modify the Scope of Work to include additional activities as outlined in Amendment A; and
WHEREAS, the Telecommunications agreement between Lewis County and ToledoTel included the amended language as outlined in Amendment A.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners approves of Grant Amendment A and authorizes the County Manager to sign on its behalf.
