APPROVE FLOORING CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING LOCATED AT 57 W MAIN
WHEREAS, 57 W Main St. in Chehalis is a Public Works project and will be the Public Works Administration Building for Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, carpet and other finish flooring materials will be required as part of the project; and
WHEREAS, flooring products and installation may be procured utilizing DES contracts; and
WHEREAS, Shaw Contract Flooring Services has a DES contract, contract No. 01820 for purchase of flooring and installation services, which Facilities utilized to meet flooring needs at the Public Works Administration Building with a quote of $148,464.69.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chief of Internal Services to sign a contract with Shaw Contract Flooring Services to provide finished flooring materials at the Public Works Administration Building.
