APPROVE CONTRACT TO PURCHASE CONCRETE FOR 57 W MAIN PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE PROJECT
WHEREAS, 17 bids were solicited from the Small Works Roster for exterior concrete work for the Public Works Administration building project at 57 W Main in Chehalis, and NYCO Construction LLC submitted the low bid at $55,000 plus tax; and
WHEREAS, NYCO Construction is a qualified bidder, and the bid is close to estimated cost; and
WHEREAS, Facilities recommends the Board of County Commissioners contract with NYCO Construction LLC for concrete materials and labor for the 57 W Main Public Works Administration project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chief of Internal Services, to sign a contract with NYCO Construction, LLC for the purchase and installation of concrete material at the 57 W Main St. project.
