APPROVE AN ACOUSTIC MATERIALS CONTRACT FOR 57 W MAIN
WHEREAS, the Public Works Administration building located at 57 W Main in Chehalis will require acoustic treatment for noise abatement and aesthetics; and
WHEREAS, bids were solicited from all 22 General Contractors on the Small Works roster for this Public Works project; and
WHEREAS, R and N Acoustics was the low bidder at $34,000 plus tax.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chief of Internal Services to sign a contract with R and N Acoustics LLC for the purchase and installation of acoustic material at the 57 W Main St. project.
