WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) needs to establish a Chair and Vice Chair for 2023; and

WHEREAS, the county commissioners have an equal vote on the matter; and

WHEREAS, the commissioners believe it is in the best public interest to appoint Sean D. Swope as Chair and Scott Brummer as Vice Chair for 2023.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC hereby appoints Sean D. Swope as Chair and Scott Brummer as Vice Chair of the BOCC for 2023 effective Jan. 1, 2023.
