Resolution
APPROVE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND THE LEWIS COUNTY CORRECTIONS GUILD FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2022, THROUGH DECEMBER 2025
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Lewis County Corrections Guild and Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Lewis County Corrections Guild and Lewis County, is approved and the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
