Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), of Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed contract amendment #H02-0012-19-D between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center for the period of January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020; and

WHEREAS, additional funding of $69,149 to provide targeted outreach services to homeless and at-risk persons in Lewis County increases the total amount to $372,022; and

WHEREAS, the contract is effective January 1, 2019, extended through June 30, 2020; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment #H02-0012-19-D between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center for $69,149 from January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
