APPROVE CONTRACTS WITH PACIFIC NORTHWEST FORENSIC PATHOLOGISTS, P.S.
WHEREAS, Lewis County does not employ Forensic Pathologists; and
WHEREAS, autopsies must be completed by board-certified Forensic Pathologists; and
WHEREAS, Forensic Pathologists have entered into contract with the Lewis County Coroner's Office to perform autopsies.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners supports the 2023 contracts with Pacific Northwest Forensic Pathologists, P. A. at the rate of $1900.00 per autopsy, $1000.00 per external examination and $375.00 per hour for medical records consultation.
