Resolution
APPROVE A CONTRACT AWARD WITH WW LIVESTOCK SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE NEW LIVESTOCK PANELS FOR THE SWINE BARN.
WHEREAS, Lewis County Parks & Recreation Department issued a Request for Proposals for the materials of livestock panels on November 1st, 2022; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received on November 14th, 2022, and the opening of the bids took place on November 14th, 2022 at the County BOCC Hearing room just after 4pm. One complete bid was received. As follows:
WW Livestock Systems: $55,254.68.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby provides approval of the proposal with WW Livestock Systems, not to exceed $55,254.68, for the materials and equipment for the Swine Barn, to be paid out grant funds awarded for this project; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the BOCC hereby approves the signature of the Parks & Recreation Director, or designee to said contract.
