Summary:

Final closeout hearing for the Lewis County Fire District #3 Community Development Block Grant - General Purpose Grant. 

A public hearing is required by the Department of Commerce to close out the General Purpose grant awarded in 2019 for the Lewis County Fire District #3 Mossyrock Fire and Emergency Facility Phase 2 project. The hearing will review the project performance.

Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County was awarded a Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) General Purpose Grant for the purpose of constructing Phase II of the Lewis County Fire District #3, Mossyrock Fire and Emergency Facility pursuant to Resolution 19-336; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County is required by the Department of Commerce's CDBG rules to hold a public hearing to review the final project performance of the Lewis County Fire District #3, Mossyrock Fire and Emergency Facility project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC fulfilled the requirement of a public hearing for the Lewis County Fire District #3, Mossyrock Fire and Emergency Facility project performance review on the 27th of December, 2022 on or after the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners' Hearing Room on the 2nd floor of the Historic Courthouse in Chehalis, Washington.
