Resolution
ESTABLISH THE RATE OF PAY FOR A NON-UNION EXTRA HELP SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) establishes compensation for Lewis County employees, including Extra Help employees; and
WHEREAS, the Budget Department has requested to employ an extra help project employee to assist in the management and accounting for the Broadband Grant through the Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) and other items at the discretion of the Budget Administrator for the duration of the grant funding through 2026; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC recognizes that at times positions will require pay above the Extra Help Grid; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to establish the Extra Help Financial Analyst – Senior at Grade 129 on the Lewis County Salary Grid. This grade is consistent with the Financial Analyst III position.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby sets the Extra Help Financial Analyst – Senior at Grade 129 on the Lewis County Salary Grid.
