WHEREAS, employee (including casual employee) eligibility for Washington State Public Employees Benefits Board ("PEBB") benefits shall be determined pursuant to the criteria set forth in WAC 182-12-114; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Lewis County shall contribute an additional $40.00 per month, for a total of $65.00 per month per plan, relative to the 2022 employer contribution for plan year 2023 for non-represented employees, the Auditor, Clerk, District Court Judges, Coroner, County Commissioners and Treasurer. Such contributions may be applied to any plan offered by Public Employers Benefits Board (PEBB) for which each employee is eligible and in which they elect to enroll; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution #22-251 shall be amended to reflect the additional employer contributions and the 2023 contribution shall be included on any December payroll that includes the new respective plan year insurance premiums.
