AWARD CONTRACT FOR FIRE AND SECURITY SYSTEM AT 57 W MAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the new Public Works Administration building requires fire and security systems with remote 24/7 monitoring; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County has enacted installation of Gamewell fire and security systems in all campus buildings and the Public Works building integrates with this system; and
WHEREAS, Facilities has requested bids from the Small Works Roster for provision of hardware and installation of fire and security alarms and monitoring and received the following bids:

| Absco Solutions | $80,943 plus tax |
| ADT Commercial | $99,885.12 plus tax |
; and
WHEREAS, the bids have been reviewed by Facilities and appear to meet the requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) awards the contract to Absco Solutions and hereby authorizes the Chief of Internal Services to sign said contract on behalf of the BOCC.
