APPROVE CONTRACT C11-0127-22 BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM AND PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed contract C11-0127-22 with the Veterans Memorial Museum to fund the Veterans Journey Forward program; and
WHEREAS, these services are an effort to provide peer-based mental health services, resources and community to veterans in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, the contract duration is September 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the total consideration for the contract is $75,000; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract C11-127-22 between Lewis County and Veterans Memorial Museum to provide peer-based mental health services, resources and community to veterans in Lewis County from September 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Interim Director of Public Health and Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
