APPROVE CONTRACT #R01-0173-22 BETWEEN RELIABLE ENTERPRISES AND LEWIS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed contract #R01-0173-22 with Reliable Enterprises to provide case management services to those persons residing in Reliable Enterprises properties within Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, these services are an effort to meet the needs of households to help them maintain or obtain housing stability; and
WHEREAS, the contract duration is July 1, 2022, through October 31, 2022, and has a budget consideration of $44,032.77, which adds to the original amount of $66,000 approved via Resolution 20-434 for the period of November 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020, for a total of $110.032.77; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract #R01-0173-22 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide case management services to those persons residing in Reliable Enterprises properties within Lewis County from July 1, 2022, through October 31, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Interim Director of Public Health and Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
