Resolution
APPROVE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND THE SHERIFF'S SUPPORT SERVICES GUILD FROM SEPTEMBER 2022 TO DECEMBER 2025
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed the September 2022-December 2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Sheriff’s Support Services Guild, representing the Sheriff’s Support Services Staff; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Collective Bargaining Agreement between Lewis County and the Sheriff’s Support Services Guild is hereby approved and the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
