Resolution
APPROVE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND AFSCME 1341, REPRESENTING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES, FROM SEPTEMBER 2022 TO DECEMBER 2025
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a Collective Bargaining Agreement between AFSCME 1341, representing Community Development and Public Works Group, and Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Collective Bargaining Agreement between AFSCME 1341, representing Community Development and Public Works Group, and Lewis County is approved and the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
