WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a Request for Proposals for the Office 365 Licenses and Guided Deployment Services project on June 28th, 2022, based upon specifications developed by Lewis County IT; and

WHEREAS, proposals were received on July 12, 2022, and read aloud on July 14, 2022, in a public meeting, and the responses were as follows:

Zones LLC	$435,464.16

 ; and

WHEREAS, considering cost and other factors, it appears LiftOff LCC of Crofton, Md., is the most advantageous solution and in the best interest of Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby approves the proposal with LiftOff LLC for $177,704.00, plus applicable taxes, for the Office 365 Licenses and Guided Deployment Services project to be paid by State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds allocated through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the BOCC hereby directs the IT Director to sign said proposal on behalf of the BOCC.
