Resolution

WHEREAS, RCW 36.81.121 allows the currently adopted 2022-2027 TIP and 2022 ACP to be amended at any time by a majority of the legislative authority, but only after a public hearing thereon; and

WHEREAS, the amended 2022-2027 TIP and 2022 ACP for road and bridge construction have been reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Lewis County Washington; and

WHEREAS, the amended 2022-2027 Six-Year TIP and 2022 ACP adjusts the programs to reflect a recent award of Surface Transportation Program Bridge (STP(BR)) funding for the Senn MP 0.89 Bridge Scour project, Wildwood MP 10.14 Bridge Scour project, Davison Road MP 0.01 Bridge Rehabilitation project, and Preventative Bridge Maintenance project for an overall federal funding award of $8,878,120 and a county matching requirement of $250,497, for total project costs of $9,128,617, and updates information and funding sources for all projects.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that the amended 2022-2027 Six-Year TIP and 2022 ACP are hereby adopted, after a public hearing was held pursuant thereon.
