APPROVE AMENDMENT A TO CONTRACT G03-0112-22 BETWEEN GATHER CHURCH AND LEWIS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Amendment A to contract G03-0122-22 with Gather Church to provide coordinated entry and homeless prevention services in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, this amendment adds $36,644.00 to the original budget of $150,000.00 for a total of $186,664.00; and
WHEREAS, the contract duration is extended to October 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment A to contract G03-0112-22 between Lewis County and Gather Church to provide coordinated entry and homeless prevention services in Lewis County from July 1, 2022, through October 31, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Interim Director of Public Health and Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
