Resolution
APPROVE CONTRACT M01-064-22 BETWEEN MORNINGSIDE AND LEWIS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed the contract M01-064-22 with Morningside to provide Individual Supported Employment and Job Foundations services to eligible persons who reside in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, these services are an effort to maximize individual potential while promoting career development; and
WHEREAS, the contract duration is July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract M02-064-22 between Lewis County and Morningside to provide Individual Supported Employment and Job Foundation services to eligible persons who reside in Lewis County from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Interim Director of Public Health and Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
