Resolution
APPROVE CONTRACT R01-0159-22 BETWEEN RELIABLE ENTERPRISES AND LEWIS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH & SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed the contract R01-0159-22 with Reliable Enterprises to provide recreational services for persons with developmental disabilities who reside in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, these services are an effort to maximize individual potential while promoting choices, opportunities, and inclusion in our community; and
WHEREAS, the contract duration is April 15, 2022, through June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract R01-0159-22 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide recreation services for persons with developmental disabilities from April 15, 2022, through June 30, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Interim Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
