LIST THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED AND VENDOR SELECTED FOR THE JAIL DOOR CONTROL AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE UPGRADE
WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a Request for Proposals for the Jail Door Control and Video Surveillance Upgrade Project on April 5, 2022, based upon specifications developed by Lewis County IT, Jail, and Facilities staff; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received on May 9, 2022, and read aloud on May 12, 2022 in a public meeting, and the responses were as follows:

| Accurate Unlimited, Inc. | $519,996.00 |
; and
WHEREAS, considering cost and other factors, it appears Accurate Unlimited Inc. of Vancouver, Wash., is the most advantageous solution and in the best interest of Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby approves the proposal with Accurate Unlimited Inc. for $519,996.00 for the Jail Door Control and Video Surveillance Upgrade Project; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the BOCC hereby directs the IT Director to sign said proposal on behalf of the BOCC.
