Resolution

WHEREAS, from time to time, Lewis County has vehicles and equipment that are no longer needed within the County's operations; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County Code, Chapter 3.30, Management and Disposition of Property requires the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to declare such property surplus prior to disposal under said Code; and

WHEREAS, the listing of property attached as Exhibit A has been recommended as surplus to the County's needs by the Public Works Fleet Manager.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the asset items listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein have been declared surplus by the BOCC; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Fleet Manager is authorized to dispose of the listed items in compliance with Lewis County Code, Chapter 3.30.
