Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County and Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (LCPUD) sometimes exchange non-confidential data when useful for either agency's business; and

WHEREAS, a voluntary data-sharing agreement will formalize and streamline the structure for such requests.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the attached Interagency Data-Sharing Agreement with LCPUD is in the public interest and is approved. The County Manager is directed to sign on behalf of Lewis County.
