Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ( BOCC) has reviewed the attached interlocal agreement between the Lewis County and Lincoln County; and

WHEREAS, this interlocal agreement would allow for the cooperative purchase or acquisition of goods and services by each party, pursuant to Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said interlocal agreement.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the aforesaid interlocal agreement for the cooperative purchase of goods and services with Lincoln County is hereby approved, and the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.
