Summary:

Centralia Alpha Road MP 15.79 at the Middle Fork of the Newaukum River requires a culvert replacement. The project will require additional right of way from two property owners. This resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire the necessary right of way from two property owners along Centralia Alpha Road for the project. All such acquisition shall be in accordance with adopted procedures per Resolution 20-149.

Resolution

WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Centralia Alpha Road MP 15.79 at the Middle Fork of the Newaukum River; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way from two adjacent property owners; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along Centralia Alpha Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Road Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Centralia Alpha Road in Section 15, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
