This agreement is between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide 23 family housing units and case management services to families with school-aged children within the Centralia School District. These services are part of Lewis County Public Health & Social Services five-year housing and homeless strategic plan to reduce the number of unhoused persons in Lewis County.

Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Agreement #R01-157-22 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide 23 family housing units and case management services to families with school-aged children within the Centralia School District; and

WHEREAS, these services are part of Lewis County Public Health & Social Services five-year housing and homeless strategic plan, which was passed via Resolution 20-400 on Nov. 9, 2020, to reduce the number of unhoused persons in Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, this agreement will be effective from April 2, 2022, through April 2, 2025; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to commit funds to Reliable Enterprises for the Phase II Project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement #R01-157-22 between Reliable Enterprises and Lewis County Public Health & Social Services to provide 23 family housing units and case management services to families with school-aged children within the Centralia School District from April 2, 2022, through April 2, 2025, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
