LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE LEWIS COUNTY 2022 ROCK PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, in accordance of RCW 39.04.155, a call for bids was made on November 4, 2021; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted on November 18, 2021, from contractors and hauling costs calculated as follows:

WHEREAS, Lewis County personnel evaluated the bids, including hauling costs and taxes, to determine the most advantageous bid to Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, Good Crushing Inc. provided the most advantageous and responsive bid quote of $322,227.68, including taxes, for the Lewis County 2022 Rock Proposal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Lewis County 2022 Rock Proposal in Lewis County shall be awarded to Good Crushing Inc. in the amount of $322,227.68, including taxes, upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the Public Works Director is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
