Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution 21-430 creating the Lewis County Technology Replacement Policy. This policy identifies a need for a separate fund to account for revenue and expenditures related to approved technology replacement projects; and

WHEREAS, capital project funds are used to account for and report financial resources that are restricted, committed, or assigned for capital outlays including the acquisition or construction of capital facilities or other capital assets; including IT infrastructure.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a capital projects fund to be known as the Technology Replacement Fund No. 3350 is hereby established to account for and report financial resources that are restricted, committed, or assigned to expenditures related to technology acquisition and replacement.
