Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms on the Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County recently learned that Ronda Chumbley and Ellie Outwater were unable to fill their appointed positions on the LMTAAA Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Carol Brock and Tim Wood have expressed a willingness to serve on the LMTAAA Advisory Council.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby appoints Carol Brock and Tim Wood to the LMTAAA Advisory Council, effective immediately, to fill the remainder of unexpired terms as follows:
