Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners has reviewed Agreement #T01-0143-21 with The Salvation Army to provide case management and rapid rehousing services to those who are literally or at imminent risk of homelessness in Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $165,491 will be provided from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement #T01-0143-21 between Lewis County and The Salvation Army to provide funds in the amount of $165,491 to be used to provide case management and rapid rehousing services from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services or his designee is authorized to sign the same.
