Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Agreement #R01-0143-21 with Reliable Enterprises to provide funds for case management and rapid rehousing services to persons who are literally or at imminent risk of homelessness; and

WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $63,121 is provided for the period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement #R01-0143-21 between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide funds to be used for case management and rapid rehousing services in the amount of $63,121 from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
