Resolution
APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL NEEDS, CASE MANAGEMENT AND RAPID REHOUSING IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,099,519
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Agreement, #H02-0141-21, with Housing Resource Center to provide essential needs, case management and rapid rehousing services to those who are at imminent risk of homelessness in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $1,099,519 is provided for the period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement #H02-0141-21, between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center to provide funds essential needs, case management, and rapid rehousing services in the amount of $1,099,519 from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
