Final closeout hearing for the Vader Enchanted Valley Water System's Community Development Block Grant - Planning Only Grant. 

A public hearing is required by the Department of Commerce to close out the planning only grant awarded in 2019 for the Condition Assessment project. The hearing will review the project performance.

WHEREAS, Lewis County was awarded a Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Planning Only Grant for the purpose of completing a condition assessment of the Vader- Enchanted Valley Water System's above-ground assets pursuant to Resolution 19-335; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County is required by the Department of Commerce's CDBG rules to hold a public hearing to review the final project performance of the condition assessment project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC  fulfilled the requirement of a public hearing for the Vader Enchanted Valley Condition Assessment project performance review on the 24th of August 2021 on or after the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners' Hearing Room on the 2nd floor of the Historic Courthouse in Chehalis, Washington.
