Resolution
AUTHORIZATION TO ESTABLISH THE RATE OF PAY FOR A NON-UNION EXTRA HELP WATER UTILITY OPERATOR
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) establishes compensation for employees at Lewis County, including Extra Help (casual) employees; and
WHEREAS, some Extra Help (casual) positions will require pay above the Extra Help pay scale; and
WHEREAS, due to the complexity and certification required for a Utility Worker within the Public Works Department, Public Works is requesting that an extra help Water Utility Operator be paid at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the extra help Water Utility Operator's hourly rate shall be $50.00 per hour.
