Resolution
APPROVING AMENDMENT B BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND RELIABLE ENTERPRISES TO INCREASE BUDGET FOR HOUSING
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Amendment #R01-0113-21B with Reliable Enterprises to increase budget for the five-year Housing and Homeless Strategic Plan to reduce the number of unhoused persons in Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $132,573.60 is available for a total amount of $198,573.60 from November 1, 2020, through June 30, 2022; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment, #R01-0113-21B between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to increase funds by $132,573.60 for a total amount of $198,573.60 from November 1, 2020, through June 30, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
