WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) authorized the Chief of Internal Services to make an offer on property located at 57 W. Main St., Chehalis, Wash., in support of Capital Plan Projects currently in progress to develop a campus for all County offices and departments providing the public a "one stop shop" to conduct business with Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, said offer of $1,100,000.00 has been accepted by the seller, Lewis County has performed due diligence studies to confirm this property will meet the needs of the County, its departments and offices.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 57 W Main St., Chehalis, be ratified by the Board of County Commissioners; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair of the BOCC be authorized to sign closing and other documents required to complete the purchase.
