NOTICE ITEM(S)
Resolution 24-215:	Lewis County 2024 budget emergency and supplemental appropriations to and transfers within current expense and various funds, a notice of hearing thereon. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. July 23, 2024.
Resolution 24-216:	Notice of hearing regarding Ordinance 1356, which would add Courthouse Facilitator Program (Chapter 9.40) to Lewis County Code to codify the establishment of the program and the collection of surcharges, license fees and user fees to defray the cost of the program. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. Aug. 6, 2024.

Resolution 24-224:	Ratify a Ramp Litter Cleanup Program Agreement between the Washington State Department of Ecology and Lewis County Solid Waste Utility.
Resolution 24-225:	Approve SECO Coordinator Professional Development (CPD) Contract No. E25-021.
Resolution 24-226:	Submit an authorizing proposition to the voters of Lewis County to fix and impose a Sales and Use tax of two-tenths of 1 percent pursuant to RCW 82.14.420 to be used solely for the purpose of providing funds for costs associated with the operations of 911 emergency communications systems and facilities.
Resolution 24-227:	Award a contract to Ceragon Networks, Inc. for the Public Safety Microwave Network Project.
